Historically, learning programs and learning development staff are cut whenever there is a downturn in the economy. Unfortunately, businesses are left vulnerable at a time when employees’ skills must be sharpened, maximized and often consolidated. Corporate Kindergarten makes training as affordable as possible and focuses on maximizing results. Return on Investment (ROI) is an integral part of our plans to ensure money is spent where it will get the highest return on your dollar. We work with you to determine your outcomes and establish what Key Performance Indicators (KPI) will look like along the way to ensure your goals are met.
CK offers three types of corporate education: E-learning, M-learning (mobile learning) and Consulting.
E-learning (Web-based Training)
CK creates interactive e-learning modules by using state of the art, computer programs and graphics to maximize results and convey exactly the message you want to tell. E-learning, sometimes referred to as web-based training (WBT) or computer-based training (CBT), can be a cost-effective way to teach employees or customershow to use your software applications, learn policies, or how to perform a specific task, such as filling out a form, locating information, or putting something together. E-learning is versatile and its possibilities are endless. How it’s used depends on you and what you wants to accomplish.
All of our e-learning modules are customized. Our experienced staff works closely with you through the entire process. We gather the information needed, make sure we understand what you want, determine the best way to meet your goals, and then proceed only after we have received your final approval.
Naturally, customers want to know the costs up front. Costs can vary greatly depending on a number of factors, such as:
- Length of e-learning
- Amount of interactivity
- Number of graphics to be created
- Video production
- Use of games or other high-tech development
Recent research shows that for one hour of e-learning, the time it takes to develop it can range anywhere from 49 to 716 hours, depending on the complexity of the e-learning module. Once we have determined what you want, we determine our costs based solely on the number of hours it takes us to create your e-learning module. To see package pricing estimates, click on the E-learning Cost icon. However, keep in mind that these are estimates and costs may be more or less, depending on the number of hours needed to produce your specific e-learning module.
